Disc golf could be less complicated to grasp if everyone could just use the expression “Frisbee golf”, although we are unable to. Annoyingly enough, “Frisbee” is a trademarked term exactly like “Q-Tip”, so unless the company that produces the Frisbee actually patents the game – so far it hasn’t – we should carry on calling it disc golf. If like most people, getting a set of rock hard ripped abs is a huge part of your fitness training plans then there are a number of important factors that must not be overlooked.
